Terms & Conditions

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the services provided by Vedaslight.com and/or Marina Elias (“Service Provider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including, without limitation, personal private consultations/sessions in Vedic Astrology, Reiki Energy Healing, Hypnotherapy, Vastu Shastra, webinars, digital courses, video/audio content and the Online Community Support Group (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you (“Customer,” “Member,” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not access or use our Services.

1. General Provisions

1.1 The Service Provider offers Services worldwide through our website, Vedaslight.com (the “Website”).

1.2 By purchasing Services or subscribing to the Online Community Support Group, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

1.3 Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal private consultations/sessions in Vedic Astrology, Reiki Energy Healing, Vastu Shastra and Hypnotherapy;

  • Digital courses, webinars, and other educational materials;

  • Membership in the Online Community Support Group.

2. Definitions

  • Services: Any offering provided by the Service Provider, including personal consultations, sessions, courses, webinars and online community support group membership.

  • Digital Content: Recorded or live educational materials, including videos, audio, PDFs and other resources.

  • Platform: Any website or third-party platform used to deliver Digital Content or Services.

  • Customer/Member: Any individual who purchases or subscribes to Services.

3. Service Provision

3.1 All Services are provided online worldwide via Zoom, Google Meet, email or other digital platforms.

3.2 All personal consultations, sessions and group memberships must be paid in full upfront prior to scheduling.

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  • Cancellation with a notice greater than or equal to forty-eight (48) hours prior to a scheduled appointment will result in a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Cancellation with less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to a scheduled appointment, or failure to attend, will result in no refund.

3.4 Access to Digital Content, online meetings, webinars and courses is granted upon payment. All sales are final, except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

3.5 Services are intended solely for educational, informational and entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Customers/Members are solely responsible for their own decisions, experiences and interpretations.

4. Online Community Support Group

4.1 The Online Community Support Group (“Group”) is a private, monthly based subscription membership that supports personal and spiritual growth.

4.2 Membership is available to individuals 18 years or older.

4.3 Member Conduct:

Members agree to:

  • Respect the privacy, beliefs and boundaries of all participants;

  • Refrain from judgment, unsolicited advice or disruptive behavior;

  • Maintain the confidentiality of all shared content and experiences;

  • Use materials for personal education only; reproduction, resale or teaching without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Fees and Billing:

  • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

  • All payments are non-refundable once processed.

4.5 Content Access and Usage:

  • Members receive access to live or recorded sessions, online meetings, guided meditations, educational materials and community discussions.

  • All content is for personal, non-commercial use.

4.6 Intellectual Property:

  • All content and materials within the Group are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4.7 Privacy and Confidentiality:

  • We respect your privacy and do not sell or share personal information. Participation in live or recorded sessions and online meetings implies consent to appear in recordings shared privately with other members.

4.8 Termination:

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at our discretion for misconduct or violation of these Terms, without refund.

5. Payments

5.1 All Services, including online consultations, sessions, courses, webinars and community group memberships, are paid upfront.

5.2 Payment methods and applicable currencies are displayed at checkout.

5.3 Fees for multi-part courses or multi-session packages may vary; discounts apply only for the purchase of complete packages.

6. Customer Obligations

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery;

  • Maintain the technical ability to access Services;

  • Comply with all behavioral rules, respect intellectual property and participate responsibly;

  • Not transfer access to third parties.

7. Service Provider Obligations

The Service Provider will:

  • Deliver Services as described and within the specified timeframes;

  • Respect Customer privacy and rights;

  • Notify Customers promptly if rescheduling is required;

  • Protect personal data and confidential information.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All Services, content, and materials are the intellectual property of the Service Provider or designated Rights Holders.

8.2 Copying, redistribution or commercial use without explicit written permission is prohibited.

8.3 Customer participation in live online sessions implies consent for the Service Provider to use recordings for internal or promotional purposes, with anonymity preserved unless otherwise consented.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Services are provided solely for educational, informational and entertainment purposes.
9.2 Services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Customers and Members assume full responsibility for their decisions based on Service content.
9.3 Guided Meditations: By downloading, streaming or otherwise accessing any Guided Meditation content provided by the Service Provider, you acknowledge and agree to the separate Guided Meditation Disclaimer and Terms of Use, which apply in addition to this Agreement. If you do not agree to those terms, you must not access or use the meditation content.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Internet disruptions, technical failures or Customer hardware/software issues;

  • Customer dissatisfaction or subjective assessments of Services;

  • Missed sessions due to incorrect or incomplete Customer information.

10.2 Neither Party is liable for delays or non-performance resulting from force majeure events, including fire, flood, strike, war or government action.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 This Agreement is governed by all the applicable laws. Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to a competent court within the Service Provider’s jurisdiction.

12. Modifications

12.1 The Service Provider may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
